The master degree program of labor economics began to recruit students in 2002, and the cultivation mode of combining course learning with thesis research was adopted. The basic length of schooling is three years. We aim to cultivate middle and senior professionals who can be engaged in theoretical research, economic management and practical application for governments at all levels, multinational companies, financial industry, large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, colleges and research institutions. The program includes three research directions, namely, theory and policy of employment, human resource management, and salary management and income distribution. There are 4 full-time teachers, including 3 professors, 1 “Longhu scholar”, 1 reserve candidates for academic and technological pioneers in Anhui Province, 2 top-notch talents in disciplines (majors) of colleges and universities in Anhui Province and 1 distinguished teachers in Anhui Province.
