The master degree program of administrative management, approved to be set up in 2010, is a secondary discipline under the first level discipline of public administration. At present, there are 7 teachers, 4 professors and 3 associate professors, all of whom have strong theoretical literacy and research ability. Three research directions are set up, namely, theory and practice of administrative management, governance of local government and society, and public policy analysis and performance evaluation, mainly involving hot and difficult issues in the practice of domestic administrative reform, local government governance and changes, public policy formulation and performance evaluation. Most of the graduates are accepted by universities, Party and government departments, institutions and state-owned enterprises to engage in teaching, scientific research and management.
