The subject of land resource management in our college began to recruit undergraduates in September 2007 and master’s degree students in 2019. At present, there are 9 full-time teachers, including 1 professor, 4 associate professors. The doctoral rate of teachers is 77.8%, and 55.6% teachers are with senior titles. With grade B qualification of “land planning institution” , an exclusive “land resource management laboratory” , a provincial “demonstration and experimental training center of public management”, the “Research Institute of Spatial Planning of National Land of Anhui University of Finance and Economics” and the “Real Estate Research Center of Anhui University of Finance and Economics” have been set up. In addition, with the joint effort the departments of natural resources and planning and more than 20 industry elite enterprises, the alliance of school-enterprise cooperation was established. We are committed to cultivating compound and practice-oriented talents who have the knowledge of technology and management in the fields of spatial planning of national land, real estate evaluation, real estate development and management.
