On the afternoon of April 18th , 2024, the school held a symposium on review and evaluation of undergraduate education and teaching at Conference Room 313, Bowen Building in order to implement the spirit conveyed in the conference of the new round of review and evaluation of undergraduate education and teaching of Anhui University of Finance & Economics, benchmark the specific requirements of teaching inspection work deployment, and comprehensively promote the self-evaluation and self-construction of review and evaluation of undergraduate education and teaching. Directors from all departments and experimental teaching centers, teaching secretary, and teacher representatives attended this meeting. The meeting was chaired by Vice Dean Yang Xiaomei of the college.
At the meeting, Yang Xiaomei first conveyed the content and spirit of the university’s conference. She emphasized that the review and evaluation work is the key task of this academic year for the school, and all teaching departments and experimental teaching centers should attach great importance to it, work together, organize well, and consolidate the core position of undergraduate education and teaching work. Subsequently, Yang Xiaomei focused on explaining the evaluation materials supposed to be prepared by various teaching departments in the near future and the specific work arrangements for the follow-up.
As specific tasks and responsibilities for the follow-up evaluation of the college was further clarified, this meeting not only gave impetus to the smooth completion of review and evaluation of undergraduate education and teaching, but also pushed forward the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents, which is conducive to achieving the goal of promoting construction, improvement, management, and development through evaluation.
